My particular specialty, focus, and passion are working with those who may feel they have lost their connection to their body. Or maybe they have never felt a „love of „or „connection to „their body in the first place. For these individuals, quite possibly, the term „exercise „is something to be dreaded or forced to do out of guilt and attempted to be sustained and maintained through sheer „willpower. “ However, they may have also found that this approach has yet to work!

My Yoga and Bodywork sessions will target to liberate your body from unnecessary stressors and pain due to ineffective movement patterns and help you to find alignment and freedom.

Individually tailored treatment may use touch and movement, gentle stretching, Shiatsu, Osteo Thai Massage, Acupressure, Breath Work, as well as: Yoga Coaching, Trauma Release Exercise TRE, and more…

My toolbox is continuously expanding and evolving with more learnings and resources to support you on your journey better.

Different body therapy methods, Yoga and Yoga Coaching, TRE (Trauma Release Exercises), Somatic Emotional Integration SEI, Holistic Trauma Healing, Movement Shiatsu, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Continuum Movement, Tuningboard, Dearmouring as well as Breathwork (Medicine Breathwork and Biodynamic Breath and Trauma Work BBTR) as individual treatment impulses are applied.

What is Bodywork?
I perceive, see, hear, and value you in your holistic being.

Bodywork is a term used in alternative medicine to describe therapeutic techniques involving personal development, working with the human body, manipulative therapy, breath work, or energy medicine.
In addition, „bodywork techniques“ aim to assess or promote awareness of the „body-mind connection“ affecting overall wellness, balance, and health.
Most types of BodyworkBodywork share similar goals, such as relief from pain, improved physical functioning, more freedom of movement, a balanced mind, and a heightened sense of body awareness, vitality, and well-being.
They also stress active participation in your health and wellness.
Bodywork is used as an umbrella term that includes ancient healing techniques such as Shiatsu and Thai Yoga Massage, along with modern methods that are often named after their creator—Rolfing, Structural Integration, or Trager. . . The art of Thai Bodywork includes new evolutions like Osteo Thai (a blend between modern Osteopatie and ancient Thai Massage). It achieves a profound therapeutic effect without blunt physical force through the efficient use of movement, conscious touch, breathing, and rhythm.
Short, ancient wisdom combined with new science.
In my approach to Bodywork, I combine Shiatsu and Thai Bodywork with various forms of Structural Work, Shintai, OsteoThai, and Breath Work, to mobilize your joints and bring fluidity and freedom back into your being. You will feel fully met.

My aim in the session is:
Release tension and Stress from your physical and emotional body and mind. Pain and fear constrict the body on an intense cellular level, and a constricted cell can’t take in nourishment or release toxins. It’s stuck. Stress usually melts away through the art of healing touch and movement, and ease enters the breath. Spaciousness and relaxation are re-established in the body. During the treatment, the energy flow in the meridians is re-established, and the body opens up to become receptive. This is the space where healing happens. Once the internal energy flow has opened up, the body can balance itself. And it then effortlessly reconnects with the nourishing energy field around it and can receive.

My yoga is influenced by Kundalini Yoga, which I have practiced for over 20 years and see as an inspirational source. Hatha, Yin, Iyengar, Hormonal, Nada Yoga, and Chinese Medicine have helped me deepen my understanding of subtle energy.
I incorporate elements of dance, fascial fitness, Primal and Human Movement and Foundation Training, and the Aviva Method. Western somatic and body therapy approaches (bioenergetics, Reichian breathwork, and trauma work) also contributed to my understanding of yoga and the body understanding.

Powerful Kundalini Yoga Kriyas strengthen the energy flowing into the lower triangle. We use breath, movement, and voice to reach our center. These are the essential elements on your journey to strength and inner peace.
